2. Manush:

Child of Destiny: A Tale of Endless Devotion

The Manush Child of Destiny is directed by Sanjoy Somadder and its cast includes Jeet, Susmita Chatterjee, Jeetu Kamal, etc. A father’s sacrifices for his daughter in a common story brought to life by Jeetz Filmworks on 24th November 2023. The theatrical release of the movie would be followed by availability in OTT such as zee5, Prime Video, and Hotstar.

3. Antidote: 

Unraveling the Crime-Thriller Saga

Antidote is one of the most exciting crime thrillers directed by Parambrata Chatterjee in Bengali cinema. This 2-hour, 10-minute film features Parambrata Chatterjee, Subhashree Ganguly, and Ankush Hazra. It is medicine for an exciting virus with the same intensity as Tirandaj Shabor and The Eken.

4. Pradhan: 

Intrigue and drama in a Tapestry.

Avijit Sen’s direction of Pradhan features Dev, Paran Bandopadhyay, and Soham Chakraborty in key roles. This is a film that was made in dev entertainment ventures and Bengal talkies which runs for two hours and ten minutes of exciting plot. Theatrically, it will be released and thereafter become available on Hot Star, Prime Video, and Zee 5.

5. Rhododendron: 

An Intriguing Thrill Ride

Payel Sarkar, Rajesh Sharma, and Mainak Banerjee play leading roles in Rhododendron, directed by Argyadeep Chatterjee. To be premiered on December 29, 2023, the 2 hours, 15 minutes film comes with the intriguing story that one would find in Dhanyakumar Tirandaj Shabor and The Eken.

6. Jamalaye Jibanta Bhanu: 

Rural Comedy-cum-Romance mix. 

The comedy story Jamalaye Jibanta Bhanu is directed by Sayantan Ghosal. This movie lasting for 2 hours and 10 minutes, starring Saswata Chatterjee tells the story of village boy Sidhu, who is smitten by rich man’s daughter, Madhuri. Chaos, disrupted wedding plans interspersed with some romance. The official release date for it is set for 25th November 2023.

7. Ektu Sore Boshun: 

Romantic comedy taking you on a memorable journey.

It is the Bengali film, Ektu Sore Boshun by Kamaleswar Mukherjee about romance and humor. his movie will feature an impressive cast, which includes among others, Ritwik Chakraborty, Paoli Dam, and Ishaa Saha.


Ektu Sore Boshun runs for two hours ten minutes and it takes a look at Guddu who is a Sanskrit graduate from Begunbagicha, a little city in Bangladesh, where life goes on peacefully. Guddu leads an unbounded and aimless life, drifting without a job or reason. He has a similar kind of life with his group of friends. Against this background, Piu, Guddu’s childhood sweetheart offers support and serves as a beacon for Guddu.

Guddu’s life takes another turn when he has an interesting job offer in Kolkata. Much to his surprise, Piu agrees to go with him and develops another plot twist in the tale. As Guddu settles in at the new job and setting, he meets a motley crew of weird and wonderful people who add to his travels.

The stars include such renowned actors like Ritwik Chakraborty, Paoli Dam, Isha Saha, Radhaprasad Bandyopadhyay, Kharaj Mukherjee, Manasi Sinha, Payel Sarkar, and Biswan The movie, with its great performances, will assuredly stay in the mind of the audience.

In this regard, director Kamaleswar Mukherjee skillfully tells a touching story with his masterful skills in storytelling. Saurav Banerjee is also impressive with his attractive cinematography that takes you right back into Guddu’s magical world along with Phoolan.
